Yoko is an incoming senior at Locke City Academy.
She's captain of the tennis club!
Also, she's president of the Key Club.
Anyone who attends LCA, or who would otherwise have encountered her, come to me and give me that assumed CR, I want it. /makes grabby hands

Her dad is well-off, and the two of them live [in a nice brownstone in a nicer neighborhood??? Abby?????? Help????]. Neighbors or people who went to one of the local public schools are totally welcome.
Yoko's dad, Jin, is a robotics engineer who specializes in medical robotics. If your character would be familiar with Jin it's entirely likely they've been subjected to him either whining about her saying she hates him or going on some kind of tear about how great and cute she is, so I'm comfortable with that being assumed as long as knowing Jin has been worked out with his player. Alternately, if for some reason you play a character who's friends with Jin (why would you tbh), then it's quite possible they've met. Hit me up and we'll figure out how that went.
